@PeppyPatti yes you can I have a few stages in mind, $ dependent. clothes line is roughly in middle of block and a few mtres fm back oh house. was thinking making a screen parellel w back wall of house so neighours on that side cant see me coming and going, well in various states of undress as well sometimes lol , could also then set up 2x3 metre pool bought 2 summers ago, ok next summer lol the fruit trees behind that , if get money, big shed (can be removed after I die , so its not over-capitalisation..) could be granny flat behind that , also could put caravan in shed ha ha lol (tenants)and somewhere will be a viewing platform so can sit and watch trains that go by around the clock ..😊
theres the remains of like an 100 year old garden down the back plus a slab from something lol. i usually send pics to peeps irl on msngr. well unless they block me ha ha lol
