slept ok when was asleep @Meowmy @StuF had another spew around midnight, ate too close to bedtime at least wasnt full pressure lol, then few hours later gout attack started ha ha lol am being punished. not dunk in 7-8 days, always happens when not drinking, might need meds changed took for ever for it to settle a bit and hasnt settled completely yet. got appt tues, but its with intern. they must hate me, they feed it, but last time I just played it up and went on and on.. when dr came in to check it all off, she was laughing, only twigged later. der.. oh well good experience, ha ha lol, have another appt day after , but thats for anaesthetic for next week , so have to stick to that. got another appt with last regular GP in week or so, last saw them, they were getting frustrated w me it seemed. as in nothing they said or did working as I either didnt do it or whatever like CPAP, will have to lie to them or actually get it again ha ha lol
