Thinking about rebuilding but not sure as my husband has bipolar 2 and other diagnosis and finding it very stressful and I have lots physical problems 

So living at my mum's who I am her carer and have 4 adult step children 

One day at a time my awesome friend

Just a note to say I hope you get the help and support you need for your health and well-being dear @Shaz51 . You carry a heavy load for your mum and mr shaz but you must be getting so very tired. Gosh @Shaz51 .. time surely does fly.  Seems like only yesterday.  So much has happened in the past 12 months, you must feel like you have been on a high speed roller coaster since then. Lots of nostalgia for you around your former home at present I suppose.  Feel for you.  💞🤗

Gosh @Shaz51 a whole year... I won't say happy anniversary but a year of resilience and moving forward. I hope you can enjoy planning your new home - do you have a mood board of what you'd like, colour schemes etc?
