Hi and early morning greeting to anyone who's here - 

I've been away for a bit and am back just for 2 weeks, i've been in hospital (about 13/14 times) in crises as I joined a mental health program that ended up being quite fradulent and didn't help me. I quit the program and am alive but I've been mostly on my own with no help and support since the program was very intense and asked me to leave other supports.

I'm here, trying to pick up the pieces.

I hope everyone has been okay. Any news from @tonys ?

Wow, a year, hey?

I have been not amazing. I am a bit worried to hear that Tonys hasn't been here, but it was nice to get those last updates from Gemma, the bookkeeper.

Are you still in your home, with your cat?

I moved house suddenly when I was unwell due to the raising of rents and am housesitting.

I have a lot of new friends in my area who visit and help but my mental health care has been a challenge. Only recently did I get in for treatment with a great Dr and hospital.

I have been in the ED a lot, in crises. The ED is horrible lol

The nicest person in there was the security guard, who personally brought me a cup of tea.

yes, still in home with cat. Guess thats an achievement these days with bills going up , govt relief getting removed.

Cat is fine somehow. He could have been here a year now, not sure either. I never got him desexed. I try to give him stuff for worms and fleas also help groom his coat which is getting really long again already after summer. he still disappears sometimes, but I dont go away to course for most of day once a fortnight anymore. he would use that to disappear for days. He was going for around a week twice, had given up on him but he came back. will swap to phone for a bit as have cat pics on there. easier to add them when on phone. thats good re new friends and new dr. must be hard with rents. I used to complain I should have got more inheritance than siblings who are all very very well off, well one, is only well off, ha ha. but at least I got something with what I ended up getting, while they took theirs purely out of Pride. no Need whatsoever.

hi @TAB i met a woman in hospital who was fighting her wealthy relatives for an inheritance - 

i don't know why wealthy people always want more and more

and then some people have so little...

does your cat sleep indoors? sounds like such cute company

I am glad you have the home.
The rents are raising and my home was so bad - a little box  - so dark , dusty, and without good amenities either - 

I made it cute

lived there for a few years but it was daunting to pay such wild prices for something so basic

so i am now living in a less stable accom

I miss the stability and am saving to try move again soon. The rents are going up at the moment but certainly not going down - I figure I may as well just try get a place now- and have my own little space.
