An ók' day, great to hear.
My pets make a difference to the world around us, I'm at the desk quite a bit and my heart melts a little as I glance over where they are (my muses) peacefully sleeping. Reading some of the stories here are very humbling, I feel very priveleged to gain more insights to how life can be a tall mountain climb for some people. I feel less alone now and realise we all have real life to navigate moment by moment. The clouds were heavy yesterday morning and since finding here, the sun has come out again.
I make a point of lighting a candle each new morning, or incense, making a herbal tea and have at least 10 minutes of meditaion accompanied by gentle music. Youtube have many relaxing guided meditations.
Sometimes putting on rain and thunder on youtube makes a great difference, especially when its hot ouside - I close the shutters to make a cosy rainy day atmosphere.
Daily juicing has become a favourite thing to do, dramatically rescued hormone fluctuations, unbelievable results in weight and lifted the brainfog among other health benefits.
Hope your movie day has been relaxing and happy with your family.
Hope your out of the heat soon and your bike is a well-oiled pleasure to ride again.
@Former-Member
Happy butterfly wings to your evening ahead.

haha yep its always the way isnt it @CheerBear
i would centrepay however its all in pops name so i just give him my share of everything and we combine it fortnightly. hes uses like a houseing and origin card and jsut scans them and says however much and it goes directly to housing or origin. it keeps pop happy knowing hes payed it with cash rather then me doing it over the net. yep there was 6 of us here. our water has dropped heaps and are actually heaps in front now becasue they are slow on letting us know lol. and they kept stuffing up their end with rent and kept charging us mums share so now thats sorted we are a fair ways in front of that too. its just the power bill thats horrid but will get on top of that more now its just us 2 here and they next time they check the meter it shouldnt be so high but power saving is starting now anyway.
what movies have you been watching today?
