Without knowing you & the beautiful people in this group I would never have anyone saying good morning & good night to me, this thread is the main reason I came back to chat.
It's what I needed & I am so blessed to be a member.
I have a cold I just got sick so maybe I'm a little bit down but you & @outlander have brightened my life since meeting both of you, now I'm getting teary, must be hormones?

Oh @Ney, rreally feel for you, you just described my normal, for most NY life. But today, lately, not so strong. Sometimes catch myself not stressing. It will.come. the trick is to face it I think, and the only thing that put me in touch with my under lying anxiety was relaxation meditation. Mindfulness Body Scan helps me most with this. ☺ Deep breaths Ney, you'll.get there 🌷🌿
