She might realise and rein in her competitiveness, she was talking about it.  Idk, but she was keen on chatting up my support wkr, keeping me in the wings.

I also ran into an ex uncle on the train yesterday, whose daughter I included with my tribe of 3 as cousins ... etc ...who was married to an ex- close aunt ...triggering ... cant go iinto it all.

Mental Illness can take up our lives.  My problem is that I am doomed if I do have it and doomed if I dont.  At least that is the way of my immediate social environment.  It is also what they did to my brother ... label him when it suits them ... and delable to cover their butts.  A least in the week that he died.

Tmrw might be better. I have osteo and physio ...
