It's Wednsday again - half way through the week and we are having an ordinary La Nina summer here but still there have been bushfires - let's hope we can have as few as possible this year

And also I'm a-wishing and a-thinking and a-hoping and a-praying that the COVID vaccine rolls out and we can get the jab asap. I heard yesterday that we will still have to social distance and wear masks and face possible lockdowns and border closures - that was the Prime Minister - what a gloomy thought - buncha gloomy thoughts - I made up my mind this morning that although all of this is possible it is equally possible that we will win this battle and get to a different normal - 

Then we need a nation to have positive thoughts - I pray people can do this.

So I hope everyone's Wednesday is the best possible and we get to enjoy some of it

I looked at the National Radar Images - I can see there is a lot of rain in parts of WA and Darwin is having a serve and some in Qld

So you are having your serve right now - and I think we are in for it tomorrow - as they say - It never rains it pours - and they call it HRE - heavy rain events - we need it for sure but not all on the one afternoon or morning

Better thoughts though - Melbourne is fine and sunny this morning

I hope it stops soon Tabby Cat - so keep your paws dry
