Going okish @Faith-and-Hope Still struggling with thoughts.

Ect this morning, then some cooking, now just watching the Olympics. Dog keeping me company 😁

Not too bad @Snowie.  I had online class this morning and now I am parked up at D3's place with S2 and D2, cos she needs support to keep her focus on studies in lockdown ..... going back to bed becomes very attractive !!

I have brought work to get on with.  D2 is doing a word hunt book, waiting for her brother to get up, who IS still in bed ..... they have plans for some online games, maybe with other baby dragons in the west.

I hope your baby dragons get everything done they need too.

Going back to bed sounds really good to me too. I wish I could be like the dog and sleep anywhere at all!!! That would be nice.

Hahaha .... Nelly sleeps anywhere at all @Snowie.  She is not talking to me at the moment.   I stayed up really late working last night, and she still hovers like she is pointing to her watch and tapping her foot that I should be in bed ..... and then I have gone and deserted her again to visit my kids.  I am expecting to see he back to me for the evening this evening.

She can't go outside where we are because it is not practical or safe without a harness ..... but she won't go near one, nor the cat backpack I bought for her ..... so she glared at me about that when I vblock tge doorway and won't allow her to escape when I come home.  Is sort of an ongoing conversation.   I have hung the harness and lead from the door handle, and she turns her back to that too !!

Sounds like Nelly rules the house @Faith-and-Hope I guess they are worth it however, they are so much a special part of our lives.

Izzy normally goes outside with a harness on too. We don't have fencing around our whole property so she is normally on the lead so she doesn't run away.

😊 Nelly was a rescue cat @Snowie, and a teen mum, so she doesn't play much.  It's like she missed out on her kitten hood.  The thought of wearing a harness is probably both scary for her, and something that she would consider beneath her dignity.   She is small but mighty .... heehee ..... but she really wants to go outside.  

D3 and I might have to cat-nap her, apply the harness against her will, then take her outside for her to make the connection.  I think she will be both exhilarated and afraid, and will hopefully appreciate the purpose of the harness and backpack, etc for her safety.

Thats nice that she was a rescue cat @Faith-and-Hope It is good that she was rescued by you too, I am sure she is spoilt rotten!

We don't have any cats around where we live. Our next door neighbours have a dog but our houses are quite a distance apart so we don't see or hear their dog.

I try and get out and walk Izzy as much as possible but don't do it as much as I should. There is not a lot of motivation there.
