I would like to acknowledge the multitude of positive moments and never ending support that I have received from this forum. 

Being a part of an enlightened community is life enriching for me. I know that I have a safe place to 'speak' and I will always receive kindness, understanding and actually be heard.

I want you to know how much this matters to me. It is like be3ing offered a warm cuddle, a rescue or a life raft whenever things drag be out to sea. Whenever the darkness and fear hits, and I become a mess, you are there.

From helping me maintain my sanity, sane I thank you.
