rough time

Re: rough time

Maybe accepting where you start and finish is a reasonable way to go.

Heart @outlander Hey @Sans911

Control gets complicated.

Re: rough time

Can you go splash your face with some cold water @outlander ?It just might help reset your thoughts. And what about some free drawing? get the scramble out of your head

Re: rough time

@Bella1978 🙁🙁 its always one thing after another

@Appleblossom im not even sure where to start or where an end is 😔

@Sans911 before i posted i tried the free hand drawing the worry box and journalling too but they havent helped tonight. Ive got the oils on and tried to focus on those but not working that well either.
I dont want to get up too much more now as ive just out my arm and hand on an ice pack hoping itll settle it down for a while...
I just cant seem to do it. I cant get myself back sort of normal. I had a meltdown over something so small but it just come out i couldnt help it. 🙁

Re: rough time

@outlander
Good morning sweetheart 💖

Re: rough time

@Bunniekins i went to the dinner thing and had constant breaks. They mustve thought i had a bladder issue the amount of times i needed a break from there. It wasnt pleasant at all and was stuggling alot with being there. When i turned up i got a few funny looks and they said they werent expecting anyone else and went on about their business. Shouldve left then.
Every time that dog move or my sister was playing with it it would reset my anxiety off. It kept coming up to m at the dinner table as we were outside. Thought i was going to pop at one stage. At least its over now hey

Re: rough time

@outlander done for another year 🙂 I know a woman who used to have 2 huge dogs who would bring them over to our house when we had 2 cats ... needless to say my mum told her a few times to not bring over the dogs because it upset the cats ... she didnt get it at first. Some people just dont get it.

Re: rough time

Your right some just dont get it. My reason is because its from a major trauma not just cause i dont like it but they didnt listen to that part either @Bunniekins

How are you? Hows your son? And study going?

Re: rough time

@outlander I am the best I have been in ages. I cannot wait to see my new pdoc and will make appointments  for me and my son (who has been great lately). He was a bit loopey on Friday poor love he really does live in his own world but was happy and peaceful so all was good with that.

My study has gone to pot though I just cannot focus on anything. I used to be able to but now I cant. I have deferred it and will bring it up with my new pdoc when I see her. I know it is a common problem for people with my mi but still I dont want to spend the rest of my life like this.
