Oh @outlander. I’m so sorry it didn’t work out. I’m not sure of any other avenues but don’t give up. There are lots of other alternatives to DBT for BPD too. Maybe it’s worth looking into other therapies too.

Ive been open to other therapies except hypnotherapy. I dont want that but quite a few ive looked at have more than cbt ( some so dbt, act, schema therapy and some others)
I rang headspace a few weeks back and they couldnt take me because they only offer the 10 mhcp and ive only got 3 left and was told i need more than 3 sessions to get through the stuff.
I dont know now. Im lost.

I know I would be in your shoes if I wasn’t connected with CATT @outlander. Are you seeing a psychiatrist at all? Who are they through?

Im in nsw so dont have CATT ive just got the community mh team and they wont take me back. I already asked and tried that option @Teej unless i ring and say thats it im ending it they arent going to help

CATT is community mental heath teams @outlander. They are called CMH in my state too. I know it’s not easy and the systems are so wrong with the 10 visits a year for us. I’ve also had a very mixed time with cmh here, there isn’t much choice in this system either. I’m sorry you are going through this. It is frustrating. I know it doesn’t feel like it for you but I do see lots of steps forward that you’ve taken without much support. You can do this. Don’t let it get you down for now. 💜🤗
