Hi @Former-Member
I had a rough week - antibiotics - I never feel well taking those things but sometimes we must
Great to see you there too - I guess you are dreaming up a new avatar - I have plenty of owls you can use if you like - I save them up

Hi @Razzle
How are you? - I see you have mag nesium tablets - they are really good for headaches -
I am just catching up today - I have busy Fridays normally - and that was the case yesterday - but I was off-colour taking antibiotics - I really do not enjoy those one bit but they are necessary sometimes

@Owlunar I can sympathise with the antibiotics, I don’t do well on them either. I’m good for about 3 days and then I’m nauseous and just feel rotten until the course is finished. I don’t get sick often, but I’ve had shingles twice this year with a course of strong anti’s for both - was no fun at all.
I lived on magnesium the year I trained for and ran a marathon - they are brilliant, always keep a supply now.
Hope you feel better soon ❤️❤️

I always take pro biotics @Razzle - and the last time I had to have antiobiotics I had to take anti-nausea tablets as well - I really find antibiotics hard work
About shingles though - I had them in one of my facial nerves a long time ago and I went onto antivirals for a week and although this worked and I got over the shingles in a week the cure was just about worse than the complaint - but in truth - worth taking
I have been vaccinated against shingles now - in fact I have been vaccinated against everything possible - even whooping cough - it's worth it - I just don't have to worry about catching anything
You ran a marathon! - that is fantastic! - I was into sport but running that far was not something I considered - I was a sprinter - the sprint is over in seconds - the marathon - worth doing - it lasts for ages - and so does the pain in the muscles and the stitch in the side and afterwards - time to recover
You're a champion - just training and running the race - but I have to ask - did you win anything?

Hi @Razzle I will ring companies Monday afternoon after work. I hate doing this but it’s reality I just don’t hsvr the money. We are seeing the bank in Thursday reg. Upping our home loan to pay credit card off and only hsve limit if $1000. And hubby will keep card only for emergencies.
We can talk to the bank then about financial hardship see what they say.
Uts scary stuff I’ve nrver done before.
I’m home and all I’m thinking of doing is self harming or worse. It would end all my pain.
I need an escape. I feel so much like a child who got i to trouble.
Oh I rang my psychologist yesterday. I can see her on Monday.
Thsnkyou all fir your love and support @Razzle@Owlunar@Shaz51@Former-Member@Zoe7@Faith-and-Hope ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

@Owlunar I won NOTHING, except bragging rights that I FINISHED. Lordy, I was SOOOO sore the following week. The day after I got a tattoo on
my calf in remeberance of my son, had always wanted one but it took me 7 years to find what I really wanted. I was pretty much numb from the neck down so it didn’t hurt - well not as much as the last 10km of the marathon anyway. 😆.
My shingles were on the facial nerve too, I agree, the cure isn’t always that great. I’ve just had the whooping cough vaccine in readiness for my first grandchild expected in April, and I had a bad reaction to it, it contained tetanus and I don’t handle that well. Still have a small lump but the burning, swelling and pain have gone
