Hi @utopia
I am sorry you little guy is not well - a blood test is a good idea - hope it's not the Ross River thing - that would be bad.
When they are tough and stoical it can be harder to convince the medical profession that they are ill - my dd was like that - really kept stuff to herself - still does - it bothers me but people are who they are
Yes - I was at Lakes Entrance - beautiful place and beautiful weather - I really did pick the right week to go - it's a week since I got back but seems longer - plannin my next trip already - but I don't know where yet
I am thinking of your and your little guy

Another bad dream @BlueBay - I am sorry about that
When are you seeing your psychologist about that - um - aw - I understand why you are having these dreams and I hope that helps -
It's really bad luck you have to work overtime on such a hot and humid weekend - yes - if you have to go to bed as soon as you get home today and let the guys in your family look after themselves
It's so annoying when men sit around watching TV when you are the one working - I understand that in a big way
Thinking of you

Hi @Owlunar @Former-Member @utopia @Zoe7
I'm seeing my pyschologist on Tuesday and I cannot wait. I will write down some stuff - bad dreams, moving, high anxiety, emotional, depression not good.
Today is shit - i have to work we are moving shop. But i am not going to lift anything at all. my back is a bit sore and stiff. so i will put the stock out and shelf labels and i am noty working till 5pm. i will tell them i am finishing at 3pm.
i started to feel guilty yesterday and was thinking i should go in tomorrow on my day off to help out a bit more - but - i am not. i decided last night i am too emotional, and exhausted. so i will hjave monday and tuesday off and go back to work on wednesday.
we are seeing a lovely home tomorrow night, agent says we will love it as he thinks it will suit us. it's in a newer area, 5 mins down the road from us now but with heaps of walking gtracks, lots of land for jersey to run and walk and play and a cafe 15 mins walk and looking at the beautiful bay and mirena with all the boats and yachts!!!
I better go, why did i say yes for work. i will chat tonight when i get home.
hope everyone has a nice day. @Former-Member hope you are okay this morning and did you have a migraine. i get them and it's horrible. you actually feel so drained the next day. so take it easy my friend.
sorry this is quick, must run 🙂

Hi @BlueBay
Yes - take tomorrow off and Tuesday and see your psychologist - on your list write down about the need to heal your soul - because you do - and the psychologist who wrote on the subject is James Hillman and the subject is Re-Visioning Psychology - which means looking again at your soul - and I really think one reason all of this is so hard is that you are what I call "soul-injured" and this happening when you were first abused - than again - and when you told your mother she had a melt-down and froze you out after being so controlling all your life
I can feel your pain - I know it -
People are who they are and we can't change that - some people would be utterly mortified if they hurt someone unintentionally - these people would never do it deliberately - if I feel I have hurt someone's feelings - I must have at times - I feel terrible - but people like our mother's know they are right - even though the opposite is true - and somehow we have to find the strength in ourselves to move past that
I will be thinking of you today - hey - that new house sounds great - you can look out across the Bay - that will be so healing - I hope you can get it - it sounds not far from where you already have contacts -
Yes - it is humid again - I opened the front door to let the cat out but I think that was not the best idea I had in the world - better turn the A/C on
Back later

You have rain @Former-Member - are you living up the North East coast with a hurrican bearing down on you? - actually I hope you live anywhere else -
Take it easy with the headache - mine hang around a bit like that - I get eye-strain - and a migraine can be edgy for a couple of days after - I know this
Do you have sisters following your about? I know a bit about that when I was young - there were times when I had a little sister on my wheel - yeah - that and a headache would be not what I would call a good day
So glad you can feed your horses though - and I don't think horses mind a bit of rain
