Hi @darcy and everyone... I picked up a picture frame from a hard rubbish pile the other day but I left a lot of stuff behind so it's sort of progress. I need to have a massive clean out. I really don't need so much stuff that I have accumulated but it's the "letting go" that's difficult. Hope everyone else is doing OK.

I know that just getting out of bed can be a milestone when things are tough let alone having the energy to tackle any stuff.  Can I gently encourage you all to deal with one more thing today - to put a bit of rubbish in the bin, to add an item of clothing no longer needed to the charity bag, to put something away where it belongs.

Hi @doug, welcome to the forums. Haha, I can so relate to bringing 'stuff' home & justifying it by all the 'stuff' you left behind. As if we could ever fit everything in our tiny boxes let alone need it. I have a trailer load of 'stuff' for the tip but can't help still getting excited what I might find, for free, when I get there lol. I justify it by saying "I saved it" from the bulldozer, fire & earth lol it amazes me what people throw away.
