 was going to have a epsom soak tonight but too late now , Mr shaz is laughing because i have my towel and have not gone for a bath yet

But I find it really great to have a hot bath before bed - I like to have it hot enough that I feel tangy skin when I get out

I love finding little pics for different things - clip art is a gold mine - let's see what I can find now

My poor darling mr shaz on wednesday  @Owlunar, I told him to go and visit his mum when i was have an endosocopy but I found out he stayed in the waiting room the whole time , wondered why he went to bed  after we had dinner love him

Yes - love him - he is like a lost little boy - he needs to be taken - oh dear - @Shaz51

Perhaps he didn't know whether to see his mother or wait for you

I am beginning to understand him - it was a hard decision and he had to go to bed - like a teddy bear

I am going to bed myself soon - just keeping to the easier messages has been good - and this time shall pass - I have been thinking about my next three holidays - of course - I shall give myself a break between them.

After all - I don't want my cat having a puddy-tat meltdown the next time I go away - aw that was funny - she is so little and I just got in the door and she gave me piercing meows - and spent the next couple of weeks running and jumping on me with her claws out - trying to convince herself she was in charge I guess

It's fun finding all the little pics I post - I wonder if I have one of my cat melting down - if anyone hasn't got a pic and wants one - just ask - there is so much clip art

Thanks for the jumping cats @Former-Member - they kinda look like very young cats - mine is getting on in years - still looks young but she does have arthritis.

I love the pics - there are so many there - I can type just about anything into the browser and it will bring up something appropriate

I slept really well - and I slept in which was wonderful and I woke up feeling okay and I am preparing vegetables for a stir-fry and a pot of soup - most of which I will freeze

I am in the mood to cook and eat a balanced diet again

Tomorrow is the anniversary - we have had good weather this winter and this makes a difference - I can walk into a virtual wall at any time and so I know this - I am keeping to an easy side of my war right now

Hi @Owlunar. Glad to hear you are in a cooking mood today. It does help to have meals in the freezer that you can simply reheat, when it's too hard to cook.

I had to kick-start my appetite again after being on antibiotics for weeks - with my infected toe-nail - which is getting better

I have made the stir-fry and eaten half of it and put the other half aside for tomorrow - I am glad I didn't try and eat too much - normally I would have eaten more but let's take it quietly at first

And I have a pot of soup cooking - and my soup is thick enough to eat with a fork - that will be frozen - or most of it

I love clip art - so I just typed "Clip art is fun into my browser and one thing I found is

So true - this way to the dishes - my tidy kitchen looks as if a bomb hit it - darn
