I felt great yesterday but yes - I overdid - I have had a back lash today - it took ages to get my spine into order

I'm sorry you had a couple of slaps in the face at work - really - that can hurt - and I would feel pretty p^ss^d passed over for a kid too  - but you can let that go  - you don't have to worry about the responsibility of the keys

And people will go off - ah - they would be hard to live with but I guess in most cases someone has - there is no need for people to be rude - but they are

You'd better make that soup or buy another pumpkin - they turn blue quickly - I don't buy pumpkin because my hands are arthritic - but I love it

I think they reduced your antibiotics and you don't qualify for dialysis yet - which is kinda hard

I'm glad you can have an injection for your migraine - in truth - they work - and a lot of the tablets they give you don't or have side effects

 I am ok , went food shopping this morning , a bit of bookwork and the afternoon off relaxing '

this week we haven`t got as much cleaning this week which get mr shaz feeling a bit anxious but i keep telling him we are ok xx
