Hello @Owlunar
Just popping in to say hi and let you know that I am thinking of you 🌷🌹💐🌻🌼
Hoping everything in your world is ok?
I like that you had a nice visit with your podiatrist, yes connections are vital with our health professionals. Even more so now with Covid.
Thank you for the cuppa and kitten, it made me smile xxx
Keep taking care of you my friend 💞

Hi @Anastasia
Thanks for popping in to see if I am okay - and letting me know you are thinking of me - I do appreciate that - seeing as this is a time of year when I think of my boy I am thinking of you with yours as well -
I was sitting here for a few moments thinking of summer mornings when my son was a youngster - and we liked to swim and I would take him to the beach early before the day was hot and we would enjoy the Bay and swim. I can almost hear the far-off noise of the city and the smell of the salt air and see the coloured rocks in the water. At the time I never thought I would hold those memories for decades but I have. I have a lot of precious memories with him - tangled up in a past of days I can never forget - but they are there and I just enjoyed a few of them
I saw the podiatrist - I had a badly infected toenail a couple of years ago and I had it operated on twice and this guy is keeping it in check with his skills - he didn't take long yesterday but even getting out for health visits is something to score a plus on at times
I love that kitten in the mug meme - I use it a lot but only on Tuesdays - this is my Wednesday meme - coffee for hump day

I'm sorry @Owlunar
I missed this tag and stumbled across your message now as I came to say hi. It's very cute, cats are cheeky creatures 🐈🐱
It is nearly Christmas! The milk I bought this morning for the office had Christmas Day as the use by date, how did it get so close!!??
I have 3 work functions before I have a few days off 2 of which I have organised and have to manage...tired just thinking about it.
How are you, have you been able to see your daughter recently? How do you spend Christmas? Love and hugs x

Hi @Anastasia
I love living alone where I can totally please myself
Good start to the day - I hope you are well MyBoy - and love it that you love my pics and posts -
Yeah - Christmas is sneaking up on us - I mailed my Christmas Parcel to my GD in Queensland - express post - and she got it the next day - I like to send some small parcels and a cheque so she can do whatever she likes with it - she is trying to be independent and this is a good idea and the occasional cheque has to help
My daughter is still recovering from her operation - as am I - so we haven't seen each other since the lockdown has been eased - I am sure we will see each other for Christmas and I have the parcels ready for her and her husband too. I give cash to my daughter too - and she can do what she wants with it too - buying something personal can be tricky
My Support Workers shifts have been all over the place this week - and last week - and I am glad I have package I do because they lean over backwards to fill most of the shifts - I am not able to do a lot of things I used to do because my shoulder is so tricky but I think the tendon is starting to heal and to have that happen I have to be careful not to stretch my arm too far - or I really know about it
I hope you have a good Christmas with your boys - it sounds as if work is busy - I remember the days - my life is pretty quiet now which is okay - I am comfortable in my own skin and like my own company
I am pretty sure that on Christmas Day I will be at my daughter's place and we will Face-time with my GD while we unwrap presents - this will be fun - I haven't seen my grand-daughter since we Face-timed last Christmas Day - I saw her in 2019 when I visited her in Queensland in the winter - which was wonderful - I hope to travel to see her again soon but my shoulder has to be a lot better before I do
All the best MyBoy - and thanks for your thoughtful posts
