Re: Celebrity Suicides

Yes @utopia - I love that song too

Someone found a way to give the rotting dead the will to live go on and never die

Have you heard the news? - what did it say? who won that race? what's the weather like today? What's the weather like today?

Asking what the weather was like means the writer came from Melbourne - we never know the weather around here

I'll have too look up the other song - yes - I have - what great lyrics - I could say more but not right now

My highly edited 10 minutes of fame when I grabbed the chance to let the rest of the population know the failure of the system to provide for disenfrancised young people worked well and I have no shame about what I said - I ran with it and remembering now how efficiently I spoke about the system is something I will never forget but yes - there was a lot of publicity about my son's death and it still rings down the corridors of the system - but that woman who was so nasty about it all - she knew nothing except how charming my son could be - if she had him in one of his frequent rages it might have been different - but there we are - at least I know the truth

Here's a strange dichotomy - the name of the thread is Celebrity Suicides - good title - my son became a celebrity after he died - I changed my name when I separated from my hushand but his surname is still known - I know he had no idea what might have happened that night - but whatever his intention - he didn't die in vain - I saw to that - and it's really important to me

Thanks Utopia

Re: Celebrity Suicides

@Owlunar. I think you did your son proud. Truly. And all the other boys caught in the system.

Be proud of that.
