This is the sort of rollercoaster life I have had ..... it doesn't seem to stay calm for long ..... I have to find the calm inside me to walk through the outer storms ......

I am going to go out today and buy those rocks that I saw a few weeks ago (faith,hope) and post an image of them on here for you @Faith-and-Hope

I wish I could be there to help you through this fog but knowing that is not reality I will do this to let you know that I am walking with you and you are always with me.I hope you find some solace in knowing this and also some strength in knowing what a huge positive impact you have had in helping me get through so many dark times.

I have a feeling that Toby might be helping to keep those nightmares away. Standing guard to scare THEM off if they came near you last night.

@Mazarita way to go. Good to see you are taking your time and getting back into your own videos - where you have more freedom to create.
I managed a long shower - had to rinse conditioner and soap away with cold water. Brrr. Anyone who's been in psych hospital will understand my joy of having my whole body sprayed with water - without my back having to touch the shower wall.
I'm heading up to my mountain today for the first time since December. A nurze helped me break it down. Today - my only job is to drive up there. No pressure from me to get out of the car and meditate. Just simply manage the drive. Then eventually over time - I'll be able to sit on my rock again. One self care task - but now broken into smaller sections.
Will just dry my hair and head on out.

@utopia I think you were very close - I didn't even look at the time last night - I just fell into bed (think I was already asleep when I did that)- maybe that is the secret to not having nightmares - sleep walk to bed 

I'm sure Toby is trying his hardest to help keep the nightmares away - he tries to scare away even the slightest movement or noise with his very loud bark - such a little protective sweetheat 

I am so pleased you are heading up your mountain - baby steps my beautiful little cocky friend... and just in case you find yourself out of the car today here is one of the necessities that you will need lol...

That is a lot to happen @Faith-and-Hope - and I sincerely hope that D3 and your god-daughter are okay - that is really a lot to happen at once

And then a tradie compliments WH - WH must have been thrilled - seeing as he is always busy complimenting himself - I bet you will be hearing something from MIL about that tradie - oh boy

I hope you can get to do your painting and keep yourself grounded - have some peace - in the middle of all this chaos
