We’ve already been told there’s nothing they can do for her. 

Specialist forgot to ring two months ago that he referred her onto someone else. Was distraught when received apt 

had to ring to find out if it was mistake. 

I cant tell d because I don’t want her distraught again. 

We already know how bad it all is and know that this won’t be a possible option. I think they’re just covering themselves.

They’re having another meeting with heaps of specialists. 

Theyll ring me if it’s a definite, no go. 

I already know the answer.

They’ve made quite a few mistakes in not ringing plus other huge mistakes. 

Its not a small issue. It’s huge. It’s lufe threatening. 

They don’t seem to realise how devastating it is when they make mistakes. I did tell them today how devastating it has been. Since last year. @Zoe7

Those mistakes do seem to be rather huge @Former-Member - and not good enough either
