I have had too many 'falls' lately and feel I'm heading for another one - so will stay on the couch for now and hope it passes without getting much worse. Definitely your song @Zoe7. 💜🤗💐 not sure what the lyrics to my survive song would be like. I can see how you identify with these.
Here for a few moments longer. I have a huge day tomorrow too. My therapist appointment followed by my new psych. I am kind of scared as it seems a huge day. Think I'll be emotionally wrecked after. The therapist is to calm my farm for the psych.
Take one small step at a time packing. Last hospital visit it took me an hour to pack pjs, two change of clothes and a toiletry bag (which was already packed and the clothes came straight out of a basket :face_with_rolling_eyes:).
