Please tell me to be quiet though if my brain starts because right now I just need to curl up and feel safe too.

and omg it's @Pepsimax birthday. Has anyone ideas I can do for her card. I wanted something personal to her but I'm not sure what yet. Yes I know your probably reading this pepsimax so it's ok for you to give me ideas too 😘

Yes @oceangirl and I seem to have some similar tastes in music - I think that has been more of her influence - and it really is all about the messages in the songs that we connect with the most

@Former-Member I am actually doing quite well today  I had nearly 7 hours sleep last night (must be a record) and I didn't wake up feeling like the world had just exploded again and I just wanted to go back to sleep... 

You sound like you need some nice soothing music and a strong coffee delivered to your corner... enjoy

I have turned our party corner into an outdoor Safari themed space ... I love African animals - and since I am decorating our room I thought I'd put a little of me in too... Hope you all like it
