Am Not Coping

I went and feed him and he ate all of his 4th Feed (last one for the day), and his medication. And just took him out for a toilet stop. I am up early tomorrow with the plumber replacing taps, and then I am going to hospital to have a quick visit before my friends surgery. I am not planning on doing too much tomorrow because having plumber here this will change my routine. I tend to not sleep too well when I know I have to get up early. My thoughts are with my friend and prayers for a successful outcome.

Had a less than ideal night - woke up early again but eventually managed to get back to sleep and have another couple of hours. Feeling very tired but have the pool later and that should make me up a bit. I am not going to do any extr today - just my regular program then if I have time left I will relax in the pool and just be in the moment.
