Last treatment for this week (9.50am) is done, and I arrived home about half an hour ago.  Both hubby and Holly were happy and excited to see me, so that was nice. Just made up a quick sandwich for hubby's lunch.  I'm now about to give my Dad a quick call.  Maybe a half hour lie down before getting Holly into town for the 2.30pm Vet appointment.  Poor baby wont be so happy once she realises where she's going.  🐶😔

You have not neglected me at all ... I know you are very busy, and trying to get a lot done prior to going on leave.

Hey well done on getting your application done and submitted!  I understand it has been a pretty major project, taking a lot of your time and energy.  Made more difficult by having to fill in for other colleagues.  But you did it ... Yay you!  I hope the result is a good one for you and/or your workplace.  Knowing how efficient and dedicated you are, I feel sure you will have done everything in your power to leave colleagues well prepared for your upcoming absence. I'm hoping you may be able to get away from work today a little early?

I too am praying that Holly will be okay and that they can do something with minimum overall risk to her. Other than this lump in her neck which is now causing breathing difficulties, she is healthy and happy.  So hope she is okay.

Thanks so much @Mellysmellyelly. Its nice to see you again.  And yes, it has been a very hectic week.  One that I am grateful is over.

Thank you beautiful @Former-Member ... yes zapped again today. But only 3 more sessions to go now. Mon, Tues and Wed. Then lots of medical appointments for the following couple of weeks. It will be good to have radiation out of the way at least. Then its over to the specialists again for monitoring etc. Really sorry to read of the dreadful dream you woke up to this morning. That would have been highly distressing I imagine. How have you been this afternoon?

Many thanks @Snowie ... yes thank you radiation went well today thankfully. I wandered across there early and I even got in there a little early, which was great. It meant I got home in good time to get hubbys lunch have a brief rest myself and then get Holly to the vets.

Yes @Anastasia ... I havent forgotten that its Friday family pizza night. And I am even a little hungry, so thats perfect.

My baby girl 🐶 is booked in for surgery next Friday. The vet thinks its best to go in now, before it gets any worse. Not sure how I feel about any of this. I told him I couldnt get her in before next Thursday. But that day was fully booked for surgery. So Friday it will be. Feeling really scared for her. What if she dies under anaesthetic? The vet said her heart and lungs were both good and little risk. But gee .. they told me I could die under anaesthetic when I had my surgery in November. There is always a risk.

Glad it went well today @Emelia8 or as well as it can go I suppose.

Hoping the surgery goes ok for her hun. I guess with anaesthetic there is always a risk but I am sure she will be in good hands. They will take really good care of her.
