Hi @Emelia8  - just dropping by with a rose to carry through your day. How's things going precious lady? Funeral plans falling into place without too much fuss? Did he leave helpful 'last wishes'  I was quite impressed with all the planning requests Prince Philip made for his own this last week. That must have been hard for you to see every day on the news. You ok? I'm plodding along, my boy planning O/n visit this w'end... which I'll believe when it happens (cause he's had to cancel last three trips). My friend here visited yesterday, unannounced, I was in the middle of rearranging the loungeroom,  but she doesn't seem to care. At least she didn't cry the whole time... her anxiety depression breakdown last year lingers,  sabotaging all her relationships. Sad to watch. Anyway, i appreciate that you may not have the emotional energy, concentration or even time to post atm, but trusting you are getting a ton of support irl 🙏 Most families step up to say goodbye. It's such a shock for all, we're never really ready to handle someone dying, the apparent finality of it all... 😢 Our culture doesn't help.- I wanted to bring her home and prep her for funeral myself, but it's not allowed. You take lots of retreat breaks. Maybe on the veranda, I'll be sitting quietly with you 'till 'the inner shakes' settle each time, quietly enjoying nature, sipping  lots & lots of tea... Hugzz

I see you were on the support button early this morning and I’m worried that you aren’t getting enough sleep. I recommend a sleep med from the GP to help you through this week. I had one when my h died and it made a huge difference to being able to function.
