hello, how are you? 

How are you my special friend @Shaz51? 

After many years of coping with an undiagnosed BPD mum...I'm not writing this loosely, twp professionals have met her spent time with her and voiced it to me in professional settings.....I'm getting a grip on it and you know who is helping me? All you of course .... When you write about your teeth @Shaz51....

Im so freaked out by Mum who yelled at me yesterday about how much her teeth is costing her........

I need to keep it simple. I need to be present and look at real problems out in the world....look at @Shaz51 dealing with day to day issues.....instead of sitting down obsessing over the fury of a relative. @Shaz51 and me..... we are the girls who are in the front line ......we matter.

Saw the Dieticians this afternoon, soooo much information and after a very long talk -- she said ' what do you do for fun ' ammmmmmm

I laughed last time my gp asked me that @Shaz51, she didn't think that was very productive lol.

lol ... everybody's idea of fun is different.

One pdoc told me to wear lipstick for husband while we were in middle of renovating..  Husband thouht that was "coming on" and cheap. i was getting holidays and fun activities happening on the weekend for the whole family ...

Sorry ladies, I tossed the lippy years ago. Hubby likes me unadorned. 😄 If I desperately wanted some, I could ask Younger Daughter. Except if I did something that out of character I think both she and Hubby would be asking "who are you and what have you done with my wife/mum". 😄

What do you do for fun.... yeah, that can be a hard question. Alongside what would you like to do for a day/evening out, where would you like to go for a holiday. We get so focused on making sure our beloveds are OK that we lose track of ourselves.

I know cosmetics are superficial and it what it is the heart that counts. To me they represent a little self care with foundation dulling the redness of my nose and chin and lippy giving a lift.
