Hey @outlander. I'm here for a bit. How's it going tonight? Did you have your big appointment today?

it was tough and triggering @CheerBear there was a few tests with more required. he was quite rough as well so caused quite abit of pain and still lingering. he suggested some treatment options depending on the results and for a few others things as well but wants all the tests done first and then go back and see him in 4 weeks so is giving me abit of time to get them done. the nurse was quite a help today though, ended up having a panic attack and she was nice and helpful about it.
