Just thought I'd try find ancient texts about hoarding - still looking but this spells is pretty clear, and to think it was written 2,000 years ago, when it was my understanding they had nothing much of any processions 😱Go figure 😮
ITRW: trying to figure out where to start with bedrooms. My wardrobe, my girls room. 😞
Maybe I need to go on a hunger strike, deny myself, to push this scourge out of me, like a spiritual fast, pull my flesh in line, or something. Its gotta stop. Its like gambling, a little win doesn't make up for the deficit 😞

The bird quote above is one of my favourites.
Our church’s method of fasting is ancient ..... it comes from Jewish ro-ots..... here is an image of the Mediterranean food pyramid. During fasting times we stop at the seafood section, so its a vegan eating style, plus the addition of seafood, which gives you the B12 vitamin intake that vegans can struggle to achieve.
Its a way of decluttering your eating habits, and in the process disciplining your heart and mind .... at least that is the spiritual principle behind it.
Rather than going without food, this method provides all the base nutrients and keeps you from being hungry, but it keeps to the basics ..... no frills. I find it is a great way to retrain the palate to appreciate simp,e foods as well.

Hi all - hope everyone is well. All I achieved today was the weekly food shopping but the house is in a reasonable state, no worse anyway. Worn out after a busy week. One of my daughters had three nights of ballet concerts in a row so everyone is completely exhausted. Need to catch up on my sleep
