@Owlunar  .. thinking of you as you approach these difficult anniversaries.

I too am grateful for the members out there in cyberspace, yourself included, who help to keep us all afloat during the difficult times.  And then to share the good times as well.  Of which we all have, thankfully.  Life is just so full of ups and downs.  It would be nice to keep things on the up, and iron out all the downs ... but sadly thats not possible.  But I guess you need the downs to appreciate the ups.  I hope your downs are short and your ups very long.

Thanks @Anastasia  - I always appreaciate your posts and so often they come at exactly the right moment 

I was keeoing a low profile except for one member having a rough and tough time  ,- mostly I was into self care. Both my parents' dates have passed now and I was okay  - they both lasted into their 90s - not many people are so blessed  - I have mixed feelings about my mother  - but she's gone 

The changeable Melbourne weather is stirring my chronic pain - I will need more treatments and they work so well for me  - no mixed feelings about that 👍

I hope you are well   I have to catch up on everyone's news
